Fundamentals for Beginners - 3-week Series
Brand new to yoga, or tried it a couple of times and felt lost? Learn the essentials of foundational poses in a guided workshop environment (meaning, you can ask questions) in a no-flow small group setting.
This class runs for three sequential weeks: 5/30, 6/6, and 6/13, 7:30-8:45 pm.
Limited spaces, pre-registration strongly encouraged. $75 for all three sessions, or $30 per session.
Brooklyn fencing members, register at the club for a discount.
Mats and props provided, just show up in (or bring to change into) comfortable clothing which you can move in!
