Meet Brooklyn Fencing

The Brooklyn Fencing Center opened in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, in January 2003. We are proud to be Brooklyn's first competitive fencing club, and our mission is to make the excitement and joy of fencing more accessible to Brooklynites of all ages. Our club features showers, locker rooms and 6,500 square feet of fencing facilities. We offer armory services and fencing birthday parties.

A little on the sport of fencing and Brooklyn FC Neighborhood Journal:

A quick look at Brooklyn Fencing from American Latino:

We have appeared on the WB11 10 o'clock news, Fox 5's Good Morning New York and in the pages of Time Out New York, not to mention features in many local Brooklyn papers. You can watch our fencing clip at NY1.com. In honor of the first competition in our permanent space, Borough President Marty Markowitz proclaimed September 26th Brooklyn Fencing Day in Brooklyn!

The Brooklyn Fencing Center is a member of the Metropolitan Division of the US Fencing Association. Look for our porcupine patch at a fencing competition near you.
